A new opportunity has arisen to work on the acquisition and disposal of a non-operational commercial property portfolio in the Newcastle area.

You will be capable of acquisitions and disposals, and will preferably be RICS qualified although exceptional candidates with demonstrable capabilities will also be considered.

This is a perfect role for someone looking for a position in an interim, someone looking to expand their knowledge or for someone looking to take on a specific project for a set period of time. The flexibility of this post is ideal for those wanting to work in the short – medium term.

This is a contract role that will be for at least 2-3 months with the possibility of extension.
