Job Description
My client is looking to recruit a Matron/Manager for a 36-bed Care Home for the elderly and infirm. The ideal canadidate must have be an RGN with either an NVQ 4 or an RMA qualification. They must also have had at least 2 years deputy management experience and have some knowledge of the CSCI regulations. It is a very hands-on position and the candidate will be involved in the entire running of the home and will be responsible for a team of 30 staff. The salary range is between 22k-30k which includes a large bonus incentive. It is very important that the candidate has good communication skills to deal with the relaxed, family-orientated environment of the home.
