Our client is a specialist cost and management consultancy based in London, in the UK they have an excellent reputation in the rail, highways and water sectors.
They are now looking for a claims consultant to take responsibility for managing client`s contractual issues from initial appointment to resolution. This could comprise of contract advice, claim preparation, adjudication and arbitration support.

Applicants must have the ability to work on your own initiative and successfully manage commissions. You will be able to produce clear and concise documents while working to strict deadlines. In addition as the needs arise you should also be able to develop and manage staff within your team.
You will ideally have a professional qualification and have worked for a PQS or Main Contractor. Previous experience of dispute management is essential.
