Job Description

This is a new project involving demolition and land remediation, so an understanding of the technical aspects of both these processes will be required. Moving on to traditional ground-works, drainage and ground-beams, whereby the beams will be rebated for pre-cast bison or similar slabs.

The works will all be sub-contracted, so you must be capable of organising the interface between the various subbies, monitoring their progress and reporting on same.

You will need good communication skills, be IT literate, able to liaise with the various statutory bodies involved with this work and above all represent our client in a professional manner.

This is an 14 month project and our client is seeking a committed candidate for the role. A 5 or 5.5 day week will operate. Ideally CSCS certified and with a current First Aid certificate, you should be a car driver. Excellent rewards for the right candidate.
