Job Description

We urgently require several credit controllers for a large property development and management company. The ability to undertake both corporate and property credit control, would be a distinct advantage.

Experience in chasing debts of over 1.5 million

Raise paper and computer based invoices

Produce week and monthly reports

Chase debt by phone, email, letter and meetings

Chase interest on outstanding debts

Set up accounts and set credit limits

Ability to reconcile and allocate payments received

Maintain tenants phased payment arrangements

Maintain tenants arrears positions

Process reminder letters

Arrange debt recovery strategies

Experience of an accounting or property accounting system is a distinct advantage.
