Job Description
This main contractor are looking to recruit a freelance project manager to work on various retail projects that they have in and
around the M25 sphere.
The work won, will involve overseeing new build, refurb and fitout contracts ranging from £2 - 10 million.
Strong project management skills, contract administration ability and the ability to manage construction and deliver high quality retail projects across multiple projects are essential as is the ability to build relationships with key client contacts and also with other main and sub contractors.
Ideally you will be from a Construction background with retail experience and can expect excellent long term opportunities within this progressive and expanding company.
