Job Description
An experienced 'hands on' House Manager is required to run newly renovated state of the art 5 bed residence. You will be resonsible for requiting other local staff to assist with the cleaning, laundry, cooking for the 2 owners & occassional guests when in residence. You will be required to carry out basic handyman duties & occasional driving duties. The owners are in part-time residence & have 6 dogs that travel with them. Intitally you will be required to help set up the property & receive furniture etc. A 2 bed appartment , with use of swimming pool, is provided in a village 10 minute drive from the main house. A car is provided. Applicants must speak fluent French, including giving instructions to outside contractors, have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a House Manager in a private household & verifiable written references for this work.You must also be able to attend a meeting with the agency in London before your details can be sent to the client. Therefore you must be based in the UK or with easy access to the UK.
