Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager - 4* Hotel Surrey 45 hrs per week - 30 minutes away from London City - £14,000 - temporary accommodation provided
We are a successful 4* Hotel situated in the heart of Surrey, only 30 minutes away from the City of London.
Currently we are searching for an Assistant Banqueting and Conference Manager and the ideal person will have the opportunity to work within a well-organized department, receive continuous support and further financial incentives.
You will be working straight shifts, managing staff, organizing and setting up events, being responsible for rosters, ordering stock and liaising with Chefs during events. You will receive the opportunity to use your own initiative and you will be responsible for taking over functions in the absence of the Conference and Banqueting Manager.
The ideal candidate will need to be reliable, flexible and be experienced in a similar role.
