Job Description
A market leading multi-national property company is looking to recruit an experienced property accountant to have responsibility for a portfolio of shopping centres throughout the south of England. Liaising with onsite accountants, the role will involve producing monthly management accounts as well as full property management accounts for the portfolio. This will include year end service charge reconciliations and reports. The role is ideally suited to client accountants looking for a wider role that includes management accounts, budgeting and commentary - presenting the opportunity to use their formal accountancy qualifications on a day to day basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong sector experience, looking to progress their career within the field’s market leader.
