A multi-national property development group are looking to recruit a part qualified management accountant for their European head office, based in London. Main responsibilities will include budgets and forecasts for asset portfolios, variance analysis and commentary on monthly reporting results, maintain and analyse the schedule accruals and prepayments, preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Further, the role will involve some financial modelling and analysis in order to support senior management’s decision processes. As the only non-qualified member of the senior finance team, this role demands a steep learning curve and presents an excellent opportunity for the bright and enthusiastic and those looking for a role with strong opportunities for career development.
