Job Description
Our client, a leading property investment manager that has seen significant growth in recent years, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join its team. Responsible for a small team, the role will be multi-faceted but primarily responsible for the financial accounting and management reporting for investment properties, whilst also liaising closely with external legal and tax advisors/consultants. Candidates must be qualified accountants, with strong consolidations and ideally joint venture experience as well as an understanding of the property industry.
