Job Description
A central London firm of surveyors is currently recruiting a property client accountant. The role will involve collecting rent and service charge on behalf of clients, quarterly (occasionally monthly) reporting to clients on funds collected, calculation of VAT returns, reconciliation of client accounts and ensuring compliance with RICS regulations. Candidates must have previous property accounting experience.
