Job Description
A well known international financial institution is looking to recruit a property fund accountant to join its expanding team. Working closely with the fund managers, the role will encompass co-ordinating all financial accounting and reporting requirements for the fund, liaising with, and managing, the relationships with the funds’ administrator, local accounting function, custodian tax, legal and other professional advisers. You will support the Financial Director in all financial aspects and deal with ad hoc reporting. Candidates must be qualified accountants with property accounting experience. European experience will be advantageous.
