Job Description
My client is looking to recruit a Home Manager for a 17 bedded residential home for adults with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will need to have a nursing or social work qualification, and at least two years management experience with an NVQ 4 or an RMA award. The role will involve the responsibility of a team of 25 staff and the successful candidate must be passionate about person centred care and be able to motivate and inspire others. The person must also be familiar with the CSCI regulations, and be prepared to show strong leadership and communication skills. The salary is between the range of 24k to 30k with a benefit incentive on top.
