Job Description

The Position

Our client requires an experienced Architect to work in their DDA team. You will be an Architect with at least 3 years PQE who has worked with and understands the complexities of the Disability Discrimination Act and how to incorporate into the design of buildings. You be required to work on new build designs as well as amending existing buildings to comply with statuary requirements. You will also provide advice and assistance to other teams who can utilise your expertise. The Practice

Our client is part of one the leading Multi-Disciplinary Practices in the world. Their work is both national and international, commissioned by clients in the public and private sectors. Their projects are of all sizes, from urban masterplanning to the development of products and components. Through a multi-disciplinary approach they offer Architectural, Urban design, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Quantity Surveying services. They look at every commission as an individual project evaluating opportunities presented by the client, brief and site. Through an integrated approach to their service they can ensure the integrity of the design is not compromised during delivery.
Sectors include Commercial, Culture & Entertainment; Education; Offices; Public Buildings, Sport & Transport Infrastructure.
MicroStation is their main CAD system.
