Job Description

Working with a well known rural firm, this is a contract position initially, with the view to going permanent for the right candidate. This is a new role that has been created due to workload within the company. The Director is aiming to bring in a graduate level surveyor to take on current clients and generate new ones to become a fee earner in their own right.

Day to day responsibilities will include rural practice, rent reviews and lease renewals for a range of clients including telecoms and utility companies, planning actions, compensation claims, records of conditions, access and egress agreements and negotiations with agricultural landowners, solicitors and clients.

The ideal candidate will have completed a relevant degree in an Estates / Property based discipline and be interested in the rural sector. Rural practice experience is not essential, as applicants from General Practice will also be considered.

Salary / Hourly Rate is negotiable dependant on experience.
