Job Description
A West London Borough is looking to appoint an Interim Team Leader to come and support their development control department.
You will deal with the more complex planning applications, represent the Council as expert witness at Public Inquiries, Informal Hearings and other meetings when required to do so.
The day-to-day management of one of the development control teams with 4/5 planners, ensuring the efficient processing of planning applications and appeals in accordance with statutory requirements, the Councils' policies and procedures, and good practice.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role in the UK is required, along with RTPI membership and managerial skills.
