Job Description
A central London borough requires an experienced town planner to come and join their major applications section.
You will be required to carry a personal caseload of major and complex applications and to undertake all related activity (ranging from pre-application discussions and negotiations through to handling appeals and public inquiries).
You will draft clear and concise reports for Committee, represent the council at Committee meetings and undertake any other such duties that commensurate to the function and grade of the post.
Candidates must have at least 4-5 years experience in planning with at least 2 years in the UK.
