Job Description
A Local Authority is seeking a very experienced Town Planner to lead their Development Control Team. This is a marvelous opportunity to work within a forward thinking environment handling all aspects of minor report writing, Certificates of Lawful Development, policy analysis/assessment, and motivate train and develop staff performance.
Seeking an Officer with a minimum of 3 years Development Control experience and a history of staff management. Having an experience of providing and negotiating solutions to complex development control issues is desirable.
