My client is looking to recruit a Team Leader for a 21 bedded hospice, which covers a wide geographical range of around 400,000 citizens. The ideal candidate will be a Grade F/G nurse with a minimum of three years palliative care and community nursing experience. The role involves the development and leadership of an outreach programme based within the hospice and working closely with other local palliative care services. Proven management and leadership skills are also highly important to my client, for the candidate to be able to lead a growing number of staff. The salary range between for the role is between 26k - 32k, and the working hours are 37.5 per week and can remain flexible.
