Job Description
A Kent based council is looking for a senior building surveyor for a 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating a investment programme based on stock condition data, the requirements of the decent homes standard and produce an annual planned maintenance programme based on stock investment needs. You will be liasing with tenants, supervising and monitoring other members of staff and monitor budgets
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and the ability to provide support to more junior members of the team.
