Job Description
This specialist subcontractor are looking to recruit a freelance
Quantity Surveyor for various external packages work that they have been awarded.
The project is a £15 million plus project based at a large airport
over seeing curtain wall and cladding works to various terminals.
The successful candidate will be dealing with costings, budgets,
subcontractor and main contractor payments, valuations and
variations in design, through to final accounts.
Candidates must have strong commercial knowledge as well as
worked on projects that have involved similar packages.
