Job Description
We are dealing with an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager. The role involves the development and running of two Care Homes in the London area.
To apply for this role, the candidate must be an RGN/RMN with at least 5 years management experience, and have the appropriate qualifications (RMA/NVQ4). Ideally the candidate must be business minded, to be able to run and develop these homes. The person must also be familiar with and responsible to CSCI for ensuring the implementation of legislation and guidelines laid down by the Care Standards Act 2000. The salary will reflect the applicants experience and will be in the range of 32k.
My client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven manager for these well established nursing homes, and to develop them for the future.
