Job Description
A top 20 national contractor is seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in managing cost on new build and refurbishment projects to the value of £15 million. Responsibilities will consist of cost control, forecasting, reporting, sub contractor payment and staff supervision. A minimum of 8 years surveying experience within the build sector is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive contractor with the prospect of further career development and steady career progression.
