Job Description
A central London Borough is looking for an experienced DC planner to join their project team.
The Project Officer will be responsible for the overall co-ordination and management of planning matters arising from Arsenal FC proposals for the development of a new stadium and associated developments in the surrounding areas.
Processing further planning applications and detailed submissions submitted by Arsenal FC and successor developers pursuant to the approvals already granted, ensuring that both applications and details are determined with full regard to the comprehensive nature of the overall scheme and sustainability strategy agreed with Arsenal FC.
You will also be required to handle all the development control duties associated with the role assigned to you by the team manager.
Successful candidates will have at least one years UK DC experience, preferably in a similar role.
