A market leading multi-national property company is looking to recruit an experienced property accountant, with responsibility for a portfolio of shopping centres throughout the southern England. Liaising with on site accountants, the role will involve producing monthly management accounts, as well as full property management accounts for the portfolio including year end service charge reconciliations and reports. The role is ideally suited to client accountants looking for a wider role to include management accounts, budgeting and commentary presenting the opportunity to use their formal accountancy qualifications on a day to day basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong sector experience, looking to progress their career with the market leader within its field.
