A niche, entrepreneurial, property investment management group, with both UK and European interests, are creating a new role for a part qualified/newly qualified accountant. The role will be responsible for producing the financial accounts for a number of high profile property investment funds. Further the role will support Fund Managers and the Finance Director in all financial aspects of new European Property funds business activities and to liaise with and manage the relationship with the funds’ administrators. As a spin-off of a large management buyout of a large asset management firm, the candidate is sure to benefit from the wealth of experience within the organization.
