Job Description
A top architectural practice, in London urgently requires a Senior Architectural Technician. You will be required to take an active role in those around you and have an ability to lead and provide an element of support for co-workers and technicians.
You will be involved in a large ongoing new build and refurbishment project from design to construction of a large residential scheme. Previous experience in this area is essential.
For this reason the client asks that the successful candidate should have at least 5 or 6 years experience within their field. You will also need to be proficient with AutoCAD and have a good understanding of building regulations. A formal Architectural qualification is also required.
In response to this criteria being met you will receive a salary that is reflective of your experience and be involved in a very interesting project. You will join a friendly, project office environment that is part of a busy on site practice.
