Job Description
A north London borough is looking for an experienced individual to help manage and deliver the production of supplementary planning guidance for a town centre development.
You will be expected to mange the tendering process for this stage of the master planning exercise which will involve extensive consultation with businesses and residents. You will have strong liaison skills and be able to deliver the necessary reports, consultations and planning documents within the required timescales.
You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of planning within a local government context, extensive experience of physical regeneration delivery (urban town centre development work would be advantageous) and be a confident self starter, able to take forward objectives independently.
