Job Description

Extremely busy site will require a dedicated Site Engineer / Land Surveyor to set out whilst the Site Manager oversees the sub contractors involved in installation of pre-cast concrete beams and floor slabs. Ideally Engineer trained you will provide supervision and full Engineering input.

You will act for the contractor on site representing their interests throughout the installation progress of 20 to 22 weeks. This is a new build site and if you have experience in working on more than one of the following: RC frames, Slipforming, Pile caps or Groundbeams: you will be able to handle the role.

This work is expected to last for between 20 and 22 weeks and is for a contractor that works nationally on projects for a range of end users including Hospitals, Education Facilities, Shopping Centres, Commercial Developments and Residential projects.

You will probably have a minimum of 4 years setting out experience and must be able to demonstrate that you have worked on fast track projects, setting out accurately and clearly communicating with the labour force as to the information you have supplied.

Permission to live and work in the UK, a current CSCS card and relevant technical qualifications must be demonstrated. In return we can offer a good run of work and the opportunity to earn £’s.
