Job Description
Our client is a Local Authority based in north London who urgently requires an exceptional Project Manager with experience of major building works. The successful candidate will enjoy liaising with residents whilst they remain in occupation throughout the contract period. This role will also involve carrying out option
appraisals and cost benefit analysis for
alternative solutions/options on major
schemes.
This important project will begin immediately for a minimum of 5 months.
Candidates must be RICS, RIBA or MCIOB
Qualified.
