Job Description

An experienced building services engineer from either a Mechanical or Electrical discipline. You will ideally have experience of leading an M&E team in a multi-disciplinary environment at a senior level. Experience of working on a variety of projects, and strong Project Management skills, have a strong financial acumen and business management. Excellent communication skills and able to effectively lead the team.

Responsibilities:

•You will be working with the NW Director towards a targeted expansion plan for the M&E team in line with our current business plan.
•Able to manage and direct an established M&E business.
•Have an interest and track record in business development and client development.
•Assisting in the improvement of standards and act as head of quality for the M&E business.
