Job Description
The company is part of a global construction group, founded nearly 100 years ago and is expected to turnover in excess of £3 billion per annum.
This successful medium sized construction firm is seeking a senior technologist / technician to work in their rapidly expanding design team which includes over 60 design and architectural staff.
The ideal candidate will be an architectural technician who’s technically aware, preferably not Part II qualified, with excellent building regulation knowledge.
Candidates will ideally have a diploma in architectural technology or diploma in design and draughting. Candidates must have some detailing experience and can have worked on a mixed portfolio of projects including residential, commercial or education.
This is a great opportunity to work in one of the biggest and best companies in the South East.
