Job Description
A strong contender for the role will have an RMA or NVQ4 management qualification but not essential. An important specification is that the candidate must be familiar and up to date with CSCI and all other care standards regulations. The home is set in beautiful grounds and has a lot of history, and this opportunity requires a strong and motivated manager who can easily adapt to this unique environment. The salary range is between 28k and 30k, and also includes a discretionary bonus incentive.
