Job Description
My client is looking to recruit a clinical nurse manager for an 80 bedded nursing home for the elderly, situated in the Hampshire area. The role will involve the responsibility and control of a certain number of staff, essentially ensuring that the patients' needs are met. The ideal candidate will need exceptional clinical and leadership skills and be able to provide competent care-planning. Importantly the candidate must also have a working knowledge of National Minimum Standards and CSCI regulations. The job involves 9-5 working hours (40 hrs p/w). Dependant on experience, the salary range is negotiable between 35k and 40k.
