RETAIL MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR - CLIENTSIDE
Location: Central London
Duration: 3-6 Months
Rate: £24-£28p/h
A leading Institution requires a senior management surveyor to proactively and effectively manage a mixed portfolio of properties. The individual will contribute to the preparation and implementation of an appropriate management strategy having regard to the business plan. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management and be results driven.
You must be a self-motivated and hard-working surveyor¸ with good communication skills and the ability to offer accurate and advice as issues arise.
