Job Description
REGIONAL ESTATES SURVEYOR
Location: Central London
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £24-26 p/h
If you are looking to make a difference and are keen to work for an organisation that has helped thousands of children and their families every year¸ this could be the role for you.
You will work as the Regional Estates Surveyor for the South East Region. The role involves managing a property portfolio consisting of 60% retail and 40% mixed commercial portfolio.
On a day to day basis you will be actively involved in lease renewals¸ rent reviews¸ acquisitions¸ disposals¸ valuations¸ agency and rating.
As the Regional Estates Surveyor you will be responsible for the general secretary and the accounts manager as well as taking an active role with the regional shop managers and accountants.
This is an ongoing contract with a diverse and varied work load. You must be a self-motivated and hard-working surveyor¸ with good communication skills and the ability to offer accurate advice as issues arise.
