Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a west London borough for a qualified and experienced town planner.
You will be responsible for the assessment of a variety of minor and medium planning applications. Your duties will include site visits, consultations, negotiations and preparation of written reports. Also you will be dealing with planning appeals, planning enquiries and giving pre-application planning advice.
You be will also be required to help with more complex applications when necessary, so you will need experience dealing with these either in the UK or overseas.
Ideally you will have 3-4 years Development Control experience and have at least 6 months UK planning experience.
