Job Description
A Registered Manager is needed for a well established EMI care home in East Sussex. My client requires a specialist to provide a high quality service for 34 elderly sufferers of dementia. The candidate must be highly experienced with EMI patients and be a very motivated and dynamic individual to provide the appropriate high standards of care. The candidate must have proven management experience with dementia sufferers, and an RMA or NVQ qualification would be preferred. The most important thing for my client is that the candidate must have proven ability in dealing with this patient type. The home is high quality establishment and the successful person will receive extensive administrative support allowing them to lead a dynamic and enthusiastic staff team. The package will be 40k+ and will be negotiable with experience.
