Reservations -5*Hotel - £15,000 – Oxfordshire – Immediate Start
We are a luxurious hotel located 20min drive from Oxford. The award winning and luxurious hotel has been operating for over two decades and is regularly awarded as one of the top hotels in the UK. Some of the facilities include a two Michelin star restaurant, health club day spa and fantastic gardens which are used to produce food for the restaurant. The hotel also offers luxurious lounges in the bar and large guest rooms which have been completed to the highest quality.
Currently we require a reservationist with at least a years experience in a high class establishment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is looking to gain experience in one of the UK’s top hotels. You must have excellent standards in customer service, be an affable person as well as having a high level of English both written and verbal.
Your day to day duties will include
• Promoting the image of the hotel
• Talking to guests about our amenities
• Sending out relevant literature to clients
• Taking hotel bookings
• Maintaining a high level of Customer service to guests
