Trainee Customer services helpdesk– Essex – Whitham – £13,000 – Mon to Fri

We are a specialised Payroll Software company, located in Whitlam Essex. We have an excellent opportunity for a person to join our company in a junior customer services role.

We offer a friendly environment and have the opportunity for a person to develop into an IT development sale or customer service role with in the company. We always give our staff the option of internal promotion before outsourcing.

We will offer you a fantastic environment, complete with benefits, training and development. We need some one who has experience with IT software systems of some sort and it would also be an advantage if you know about payroll but not essential

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Microsoft Sequel and Payroll as well as Windows, networking and PC’s.
