We are one of the most respected names in the UK hospitality industry. We have a championship quality golf club with several professional golf events held throughout the year.
Our magnificent 5* star hotel, has equipped leisure facilities and a sumptuous cuisine with award-winning service, live events all the time, with exciting and entertaining functions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a prestigious establishment, and a good knowledge of Reception software systems such as Fidelio, Hotix, Innsite etc.
The ideal Receptionist will have:
Experience in a similar position and knowledge of reception software is essential
Good communication
Good customer care and presentation skills
Hotel & Catering diploma is not essential
We will offer
Accommodation available at £27.30 per week
Free uniform, meals and not bills to pay such as; water, electricity and gas.
Basic salary of £5.05 - £5.35 per hour
On-going salary review
2 days off per week and sociable working hours
4 weeks paid holiday
