Reservations -5*Hotel - Β£15,000 β Oxfordshire β Immediate Start
We are a high class and five* Boutique hotel 20min from Oxford. Operating for over two decades and regularly awarded as one of the top hotels in the UK, our facilities include a two Michelin star restaurant, health club, day spa and fantastic gardens which are used to produce food for the restaurant..
Currently we require a reservationist with at least a years experience in a high class establishment. The Successful applicant will have a fantastic opportunity to gain excellent experience as well as on site training to the highest standard.
The successful candidate must have excellent standards in customer service, be a friendly person and have a high level of English both written and verbal.
Your day to day duties will include
β’ Promoting the image of the hotel
β’ Talking to guests about our amenities
β’ Sending out relevant literature to clients
β’ Taking hotel bookings
β’ Maintaining a high level of Customer service to guests
