Job Description
My Client is looking for a Project Manager to work within the ward and manage fourteen staff. You will have experience of working with autistic clients and have an understanding of learning difficulties. You will be required to work with two clients in particular who suffer with severe learning difficulties and who are placed within a home so some travel shoudl be expected. At time you will need to be on call 24/7 for these patients and spend time within their home. You will also be required to manage budgets and have general management responsibilities. My Client is looking for somone who is strong minded and committed who will be able to lead a team.
You will be either qualified by experience or have NVQ 4, RNLD, DipSW or have similar qualification .
