Job Description
Bucknall Austin's commercial expertise provides them with a clear understanding of their client's requirements for corporate space.
A Senior or very capable intermediate level Quantity Surveyor is required to join the commercial team in the Berkshire area.
The work will initially involve pre-contract works on a £multi-million design & build project.
The commercial sector clearly involves a broad range of clients – financiers, investors, developers, owner occupiers and tenants. Bucknall Austin has extensive experience in supporting these clients; clearly understanding, nurturing and promoting their varied commercial objectives.
