Job Description
Our Client are actively looking for Senior Project Surveyors with a minimum requirement 3 years Chartered Status or up to 5 years relevant Cost Management.
You will deliver all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through completion.To achieve the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the firm.
Assist in coaching and appraising of junior members of staff. To act as a supervisor for current graduates and work with them to achieving competences for the APC.
You will be working within a number of Sector Specialisms:
City & West End Offices, Business Parks/Out of Town, Office Fit Out, Private Residential, Airportsm, Arts & Heritage, Hotels, Health Education, Public Service, Retail, Sports, Tall Buildings.
They are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, client facing individuals to be involved in commercial developments within an exciting team environment.
