I am seeking a skilled Manager for a purpose built 50+ bedded Care Home in Scotland. The successful candidate will be given sole autonomy of the home and will be responsible for a team of 60+ staff. The applicant must be a first level RGN with proven leadership skills. My client expects the individual to be very self-driven enabling them to fill such a responsible role. Ideally the candidate will have or should be working towards an RMA or NVQ 4 qualification. The home is only 12 years old and has a modern feel with all the rooms being single and unsuited.
In return, the post also offers an excellent package to the candidate, with a salary in the range of 32k to 36k.
