Job Description
My client a large private nursing home organisation is currently looking to recruit a Registered manager for their 36 bedded nursing home in Surrey. The ideal candidate must be a RGN and currently hold the RMA award or NVQ 4 in management. As a manager you will be responsible for a team of 45 staff and will play a key role in promoting the reputation of the nursing home in Surrey. Applicants will need to have a sound working knowledge of the CSCI legislations and good business and commercial acumen. The salary is in the range of 30k - 40k, and can be negotiable on experience.
