Job Description

This medium sized Private Practice, who work mainly on the retail and commercial sectors are actively looking to recruit an experience Senior QS for their office in Essex.

For this role you will be involved in preparing budget estimates/cost plans, tendering documents, interim valuations, cost reports and final accounts including the evaluation of contractors claims. Reporting direct to clients including presentations and effective variation control.

You should have the ability to challenge designs and suggest sustainable alternative economic design solutions and strong attitude to negotiations with contractors.

Excellent chance to move out of the commute into London but still remain on those London based large scale commercial properties.
