Construction Manager / Senior Contracts Manager, to £75k + package, Kent
A well established Main Contractor who specialises in refurbishment, Design and Build and PFI of Residential projects are currently seeking a Construction Manager to head up their PFI division in Kent. You will be reporting to the Regional Director and have a team of Contracts Managers reporting directly to you.
The Successful candidate will come from a Main contracting background and have experience in Social Housing, Design & Build and PFI projects. The company itself are a growing organisations, who have doubled their turnover within the last year. This is a great opportunity for either a Construction Manager with a Proven track record or a Senior Contracts Manager who ready to take the next step in their career.
